Bedford Camera & Video has graciously volunteered to donate some prizes for this category of entries!
- Photos must be at least 8x10, but no larger than 11x14.
- Photos should be mounted on white photo/foam board or matted. The maximum size of the board or mat is 16x20.
- Entrants name, address and phone number must be on the back of each photo. Also note if staff, volunteer or family.
- Entrants may enter as many nature photos as they wish, but each entry must be accompanied by $5.00 entry fee.
- JHARVNC, contest judges and sponsors will make every effort to carefully handle all photos, but are not responsible for any damage or loss.
- Judges decisions are final.
- Entrants agree, neither JHARVNC, Bedford’s, Chaffee Crossing, Fort Chaffee, AGFC, nor other sponsors will be held liable for any injury or other adverse event associated with entry into this contest.
- All winning photos become the property of JHARVNC.
- Winning original slides, negatives, and/or digital files must be made available to JHARVNC for use in promoting JHARVNC. Original slides and negatives will be returned. All other copy rights belong to the original photographer.
- Non-winning photos may be picked up at JHARVNC.
- All entries must be received at Bedford Camera & Video, 2801 Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72901, by 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008.
