- Photos should be 4x6 inches and need not be mounted.
- Entrants name, address, phone number, school and grade should be on the back of each photo.
- No entry fee is required.
- All photos should show some feature of nature.
- Teachers may pick up complimentary disposable cameras (limit of three per class) at Bedford Camera & Video, 2801 Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72901, at any time before 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008.
- Digital prints are allowed.
- JHARVNC, contest judges and sponsors will make every effort to carefully handle all photos, but are not responsible for any damage or loss.
- Judges decisions are final.
- Entrants agree, neither JHARVNC, Bedford’s, Benefit Bank, AGFC, nor other sponsors will be held liable for any injury or other adverse event associated with entry into this contest.
- All winning photos become the property of JHARVNC.
- Non-winning photos may be picked up at Bedford Camera & Video, 2801 Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72901, during the two weeks following judging; or photos may be returned by mail if the appropriate postage and shipping container is provided.
- No photographer may win more than two prizes.
- All entries must be received at Bedford Camera & Video, 2801 Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72901, by 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008.
